On reverse, beneath an eagle in relief, is "Helen Keller 1880-1968, Author and Lecturer; in spite of blindness, deafness, spoke throughout U.S. raising funds for training of the blind." Maker's marks on the edge appear to include the letter "P" in a rectangle, with numbers "0133" to the right.
