Loose at front of volume: a printed publisher's sheet dated February 1914, containing a list of works embossed in Moon; and, an embossed sheet with publisher's note about sources of Moon type books for American purchasers.

- This volume belonged to the Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services. It was transferred by Pam Whittaker, a retired rehabilitation teacher with the Altoona District of BBVS, to Kathleen Buskirk, a caseworker with BBVS, who sent the book as a donation from BBVS to the APH Museum.
