Description: Postcard shows a silhouette of a man walking with a cane. Colorful stripes of various widths run across the card, and the outlines of 3 people are in the background. "Pour le bien de aveugles" is printed in simbraille along the top and bottom of the card. A postage stamp issued by La Poste and designed by O. [Odette?] Baillais is affixed to the front of the card, at the bottom right corner. It shows an illustration of embossed braille text and has the same phrase "For the good of the blind" printed in French along the bottom edge. Postmarked: January 27, 1989, Paris.
