Description: Postage stamp was cancelled on first day of issue, March 6, 2003, in Zurich, Switzerland. It has a bright red background. Printed faintly in the center is the number 70, in a darker shade of red, over which is embossed the number 70 in braille. "Helvetia 70" appears in small white print along the bottom edge. Offset printing and braille embossing by The House of Questa, London (GB). The 70-Swiss-cent stamp is affixed in a folder of white card stock. Information on folder is in German, French, Italian, and English.
