Description: Black and white glossy; shows women on a tour of the factory; five women stand on the right while a factory worker on the left works with a talking book disc; he is holding an acetate disc that has been silver flashed; the disc is inside a stamper, a clamped holder; silver flashing is part of the electroplating process in which the recorded disks are soaked in a chemical bath and then coated with a thin layer of metallic silver; a copper mold will then be made of the acetate disk, called a master; the master will then used to make the vinyl record; in between the worker and the women stands the silver flashing machine; it has six levers to control the process and two gauges to monitor it; pipes run along the ceiling overhead and vertically behind the worker.
