Summary/Description: A special edition prepared for sighted children to learn about the braille alphabet, Louis Braille, and the education of people who are blind. March 10-14, 1952 issue, volume 43, no. 24. "Explanatory pages 3-8 are included in this edition for the special benefit of seeing boys and girls who may want to learn the Braille alphabet. All of the other pages are taken from the regular Braille Edition" --page 3. The regular braille edition was produced in grade 2 braille in 1952; the braille alphabet key in this special edition is for Grade 1 1/2 braille. Brown paper; paper cover; saddle-stitched; interpoint braille.
