Description: Shows an elderly blind man wearing a kilt and cap, with a cane, walking behind a barefooted girl along two wooden boards that span a stream. She is carrying bagpipes. In front of the girl is a small dog with a bonnet in its mouth. The background is mountainous. Beneath the illustration, at bottom left is printed "J. Naysmyth. Pinx." and at bottom right is printed "E. Jog, Sculp." The title, "The Blind Piper," is printed at bottom center. Reverse is blank.
