They are addressing children at the school, who are seated in chairs. Reverse of page: black-and-white glossy. A picture of the outside of the school dining hall. It is a rectangular, concrete building with a covered entryway and many windows. There are shrubs and trees outside. Caption says, "The George L. Danzey Memorial dedicated in 1952. This is the school Mess Hall." Part of a photo album, pages 11 and 12 of 86.
