Description: Embossing plate dot removing tongs; nickel-plated steel arms meet at square joint, secured with two hex bolts, top corners of plate at joint are rounded; riveted into jaws are two flat pin fittings; top jaw is curved, slightly narrower than lower jaw; stamped on joint on bottom and on one of the bolts on top, "9".
