Description: Seventeen (17) piece puzzle map of Africa; flat plywood pieces are stained in colors designating the European colonial power that controlled the territory, pink for Great Britain, warm brown for Italy, light brown for France, dark brown for Portugal, yellow for Belgium and Spain, and black for the independent countries of Egypt and Liberia; smaller areas like Gambia are indicated by a dotted line; pieces have small numbers stamped into their reverse.
