Description:
Smooth plastic board with two removable plastic slates, one for jumbo braille and one for standard braille; slates have hinges on left side and raised dots on back plates for upward writing; groove in left side of slates engages with track on left side of board; slight indents in windows on upper frames help guide placement of stylus; includes stylus with molded plastic handle and reversible steel tip, to accomodate writing of either jumbo or standard dots; jumbo slate has 4 lines of 19 cells; standard slate has 1 line of 3 cells and 6 lines of 29 cells; both have pins down in upper frame; braille letters spell "Hawk" near hinges; board has hinged paper clip at top with four steel teeth pointing down. All pieces are made of an ivory-colored plastic.
