Scope & Content: Video taped copy of a captioned broadcast about the Americans with Disabilities Act. The original broadcast was funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Dept. of Education, National Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research, with post production by Montgomery Community Television. The broadcast included footage from the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities (PCEPWD) 1991 Annual Conference, held in Dallas, Texas.

Administrative History: The West Virginia Research and Training Center, located in Dunbar, WV, produced a 1991 televised broadcast about the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). A video tape copy of the broadcast was made for APH and was among the collection of in-house videos maintained by the APH Communications Department, which coordinates the company's audio/visual services.
