Description: Tan parchment certificate with handwritten inscription in black marker to honor, "In Loving Memory," Daisy Boyce Beck and Estelle R. Kimball, founders of the Braille Division of the Berkeley Chapter of the American Red Cross. Text is surrounded by a colorful pen-and-ink illustration of braille books and pages. At top center is a circular American Red Cross logo trimmed with silver foil. In the middle of the logo is the word "Braille" above a red cross, with a drawn illustration of a full braille cell beneath each horizontal extension of the cross. Paper is glued to a heavy piece of cardboard of the same dimensions.
