Description: Circular is printed on a folded sheet of cream-colored paper. On the first and third pages is printed a letter to the customer from Paunee Bill (the business name of Samuel Presberger), of St. Louis, MO, advertising the silk ties that he sold at 3 for $1.00. A black and white portrait of Presberger is printed at the top left corner of both pages. On the second page is printed a letter of reference written by S.M. Green, the superintendent of the Missouri School for the Blind, dated May 17, 1926. A self-addressed envelope for remittance is glued to the front page. The back page of the circular is blank.
