Description: Black-and-white glossy photo shows two views, front and back, of a Cercla machine, used to bind together perforated pages with a metal strip having circular prongs along the length of the strip. Typewritten label affixed to the edge of the photo reads "CERCLA Motor Driven Closing Machine (Built by the F. P. Rosback Company)." Appears to have been removed from a catalog or manual and has binding perforations along binding edge.
