History/Provenance: Transferred to the APH Museum from APH Braille Translation. When the Illinois Braille and Sightsaving School closed its printshop in the summer of 1963, the school donated its finished stock and printing plates to APH, including a valuable collection of braille music. Most of the machinery in the shop was bought by APH and brought to Louisville.
