Description: Bronze-colored medal has an engraving of an owl and the inscription "Francis Joseph Campbell Citation" on the front. "Bruce Moore" appears beneath the owl engraving.The reverse has an 8-point star and the inscription "For Achievement, Library Service to the Blind." The word "light" appears in braille beneath the star. "Carson Y. Nolan" is engraved at the bottom. The medal is in a black hinged case with gold metallic trim. The case is lined with off-white satin and blue felt.
