Reports list financial income and expenditures; some include black-and-white photo illustrations. On reports up through 1938/1940: Public Document No. 35. Later reports are reprints from the "Digest of Connecticut Administrative Reports to the Governor."

Administrative History: The Board of Education and Services for the Blind was established by the state legislature of Connecticut in 1893 and was originally called the Board of Education of the Blind (the name changed circa 1963). The state agency provides educational and rehabilitative services free-of-charge to people who are legally blind or deaf-blind and to children who are visually impaired.
