Marked with handwritten notations in pencil for that purpose; a braille version would be produced at APH in 1932. Thirteen typewritten pages produced at APH are with the book. Contains one fold-out sheet, "Appendix C, Summary Table of Blind Relief Laws" (state-by-state list) that was originally tipped-in. Green clothbound boards; black lettering on spine and front cover.
