Description: Rectangular, solid wood, mahogany board, reddish-brown finish; softwood brace, finished yellow, secured to bottom of board with three steel wood screws; cutout in top of board has two nickel plated steel rollers in frame secured by screws; lever and spring loaded cog arrangement on top left advances paper one position through rollers when pressed; writing frame screwed to middle of board, supports three horizontal wires; the lower two wires are in spring loaded slots, allowing them to slide down as needed and then snap back to their original position; white paper label glued to reverse: ORIN C. FROST MANUFACTURER 36 BEAVER STREET NEW YORK DIRECTIONS 1-Rollers may be adjusted for different thicknesses of paper by means of the screws in the posts. 2-If from any cause ratchet becomes jammed, release it by pushing up from beneath where ratchet acts on lower roller. Written in pencil on label, "68 6 May 19??/MY 19 '18/Mrs. Delehandy/P.S. 186".
