Scope & Content: Arthur Vaughn joined the American Printing House for the Blind (APH) in 1978. Before becoming the Chief Quality Officer in 2002, he had worked in shipping and receiving at APH. He talks about some of the work-safety improvements that have occurred at the company; APH's adjustment to unionization; serving as a union steward; and the Continuous Improvement Program at APH.
