Administrative History: In 1971, the state of Arkansas underwent a reorganization and its vocational rehabilitation program became the Division of Rehabilitation Services, within the newly-created Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services. Rehabilitation Services for the Blind was one of the agencies under the Division of Rehabilitation Services, located in the state offices in Little Rock.
