History/Provenance: Kentucky State Congressman Reginald Meeks introduced Kentucky HR 59 on January 18, 2008. It was accepted and presented on January 23, 2008 in the Kentucky State Capitol, Frankfort Kentucky. Photo was sent to the APH Public Affairs Department and kept there until its transfer to the APH Museum in 2016.
