Description: Glossy black-and-white photo shows an angle view of the front of the adaptor, which has a metal exterior and a sloping front panel. Across the top of the panel is a row of 4 volume-control knobs, beneath that a row of 4 phone jacks. The circular APH logo is attached on the lower front edge. An adapter cord with phone plug is visible at far left. "Lin Caufield Photographers, Inc." is printed in margin, at bottom right; also stamped in green ink on reverse, with contact information and photo/negative number: 71-292-2.
