Description: Rectangular solid wood plaque has a blue plastic plate, over a brass plate, that is engraved "AER Division #7 [logo], For your outstanding contribution in literature and research in low vision, Division VII, Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired, recognizes Natalie Barraga with appreciation, July 1992, Gale Watson, Chair; Steve Ehrnst, Secretary/Treasurer; Dee Quillman, Chair-Elect." A decorative tack is at each corner of the plate. Reverse has two slots for hanging and a white-paper maker's label.
