Description: Rectangular solid wood plaque with black edges has a blue plastic plate on front, over a brass plate, that is engraved: "Division VII of AER, Presents Natalie C. Barraga With Its Meritorious Award For Lifetime Contributions to the Field of Low Vision, July 1994, Dallas, Texas, Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired, Dee Quillman, Chair, Marshall Flax, Chair-Elect." A brushed brass plate with the AER logo is attached at top. Reverse has 2 slots for hanging, a felt pad at each corner, and a gold foil maker's label.
