Administrative History: The American Printing House for the Blind (APH) is a corporate member of AER (Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired), an organization for professionals in the blindness field. Representatives from APH are actively involved in AER, its committees and divisions, and participate in AER conference programs and presentations. The company had video recordings made of APH participation at AER conferences and meetings for company use. These videos were a part of the in-house video collection maintained by the APH Communications Department, which coordinates the company's audio/visual services.
