Description: Rectangular-shaped, dark wooden plaque with beveled edges. On the front is a black engraved plate attached to an anodized aluminum plate. Inscription reads: "A.A.W.B, The Bruce McKenzie Award 1982, For One Dedicated To The Field Of Rehabilitation, ALICE GEISLER RAFTARY Recipient." A decorative leafy branch of silver-coated plastic is attached to the right and left of the plates. The reverse has two slots, one at top center and one at right center, for hanging.
