Description: White paper certificate has text printed in black ink with Barraga's name hand-lettered in calligraphic style and reads: "F.A.A.O., American Academy of Optometry, To whom all these presents shall come, Greeting: Be it known, by virtue of authority vested in it, the executive council of the American Academy of Optometry does hereby admit Natalie C. Barraga as a fellow of the Academy, these letters being their testimonial that she is qualified in the art and science of Optometry, given on the 7th day of March, A.D. 1966." Certificate is signed by both the AAO secretary and president. Tha AAO logo is printed at top center. Certificate is under glass in a black metal frame with gold foil trim and cardboard backing.
