Administrative History: On January 23, 2008, the Kentucky House of Representatives adopted House Resolution 59 to honor the American Printing House for the Blind (APH), a company that was chartered in 1858 by the Kentucky General Assembly, on the day of the company's 150th anniversary. APH President Tuck Tinsley and APH Vice President of Public Affairs Gary Mudd were in attendance at the State Capitol in Frankfort. The resolution had been introduced by Kentucky State Representatives Reginald Meeks and Darryl Owens on January 18, 2008.
