Scope & Content: Video shows two professional paper presentations: "Integrated Career Education for Students Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired," by Linda Locke, then an assistant principal at the Texas School for the Blind, and "Learn and Serve America: Be A Star - Service Learning at the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind," by Jack Newhouse, a coordinator with the West Virginia Department of Education, and Connie Corder, a teacher at the West Virginia school. Presentations were made at the conference hotel. Each presentation is just under 30 minutes.
