Administrative History: Tom Miller was director of Preschool Services at the Perkins School for the Blind (Watertown, Massachusetts) when he presented the workshop at the Seventh Biennial International Conference of the Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER), which was held in St. Louis, Missouri, July 20-24, 1996, at the Adam's Mark Hotel.
