Description: Gerald "Jerry" Fordyce (1918-1993) was a radio broadcaster who retired from WXVW in Jeffersonville, Indians in 1980. Fordyce’s first radio job was with WGRC, which later became WAKY. He later served as disc jockey of the "Breakfast Matinee" morning show. During the 1960s, Fordyce was station manager and news director of WNUW (later to become WHEL) in New Albany, Indiana. Jerry read over 150 titles for APH between 1978 and 1990.
